Question: How do you take local adventure / sports events that are only known to Montenegrins, package them together, and create value (through sustainable tourism) for local organizations?

Answer: The Montenegro Adventure Series - a private/public partnership setting the standard for sustainable tourism growth in Montenegro.

Montenegro Race Directors Association

The Montenegro Adventure Series was the idea of 4 event directors, responsible for the Paths of King Nikola (Road Cycle Race), Trophy Trebjesa (Mountain Bike Race), The Montenegro Off Road Discovery (Off Road Rally) and the Adventure Race Montenegro (Multi-Sport Race).

These daring Race Directors have been boldly running these events in Montenegro for more than 10 years. They've recently come together to take these exciting events to the next level to engage sponsors and local businesses, and attract competitors and tourists from around the world.

The Race Directors are (in alphabetical order):

Black Mountain Events

Black Mountain Events is the official event management company of the Montenegro Adventure Series, and is responsible for all event management, marketing, and sponsorship. Black Mountain Events is a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Mountain Montenegro, Ltd.
