Adventure Race Montenegro is a premier multi-sport race held every year in Europe's fastest growing adventure destination: Montenegro. The usual combination of kayaking, running and mountain biking will be spiced up with several surprise challenges. The spectacular Bay of Kotor provides the back drop for this exciting annual event. The event raises funds to establish a local chapter of "Leave No Trace" an educational, nonprofit organization dedicated to the responsible enjoyment of Montenegro's pristine wilderness.

With two annual events, the Adventure Race Montenegro (ARM) brings together some of the best Adventure Travel Companies in Montenegro to promote adventure sports and raise funds and awareness for conservation goals both nationally and internationally.

The Coastal Challenge takes place on the last Saturday in September. A kayak, mountain bike, and running event around the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor, the Mediterranean’s only fjord! The challenge is to finish within 8 hours. Other ‘surprise’ activities such as high ropes and clay pigeon shooting are included.
